Our special Self Retracting Power Cords are made with industrial grade Orange POLYURETHANE sheathed, EPR Rubber insulated cable.
These cords are used for a variety of uses for power and/or control.

Theses special cords are:
Halogen Free, Water Resistant, UV Stable, Extreme Mechanical Resistance: Cut & Abrasion Resistant, and has Good Chemical resistance (Oils, Grease and Fuels.)

Very high retractability or “Spring”
Note: The cable O.D. can, and does, vary as the raw cable comes from multiple factories

Unless specifically indicated, all curly cords are supplied UNTERMINATED.

Other Core counts and conductor sizes may be available upon special request. (MOQ’s may apply)

We Coil these cords in a range of lengths.
From 300mm, 500mm, 1000mm and 1800mm.

They are normally rated to extend some Three to Four times the compressed length ie a 4:1 Ratio

If Necessary we can also make them what we call Extra Stretch or XS
Which allows them to extend even further.!
